Krystal Edwards

Broker Associate, GRI, CIPS, SRS, RSPS

Anyone who knows Krystal Edwards knows her perseverance runs at a high level. She graduated high school within three years and was accepted to Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international relations despite having her first child. She continued on and acquired her three-year master’s degree in international relations within one year at Webster University in the Netherlands — while being a single mom to her first child and ushering in her second child.

Despite having a strong background in international law and business, Krystal found herself limited by options in her field. She refused to give up, so in the meantime, she accepted a position at a local hotel where she began at the bottom; within five years, she was managing multiple hotels simultaneously. Her properties received several awards for developing strategies to control profit and losses, which allowed for larger profit margins for the investors. Then, after her third child, Krystal decided she would invest in herself once again by earning her real estate broker license and her Certified International Property Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist designations. Through these educational programs, Krystal gained a more sophisticated understanding of how to legally buy and sell hotels and income properties. She, herself, is an owner of a bed and breakfast among other income properties.

Krystal enjoys traveling the world, experiencing different cultures, tasting new cuisines, singing, dancing, and spending time with family. She has a very unique way of taking her clients on an adventure with her, as she uses her impressive credentials to promote property ownership not only locally, but in the global community.
