Meet Casey

Born and raised just north of Boston, Massachusetts, Casey made a significant move to Cape Coral to further his real estate career and escape the chilly New England climate.

Having obtained his real estate license in 2019, Casey's transition into real estate followed three years as a Professional Golf Instructor. Despite his love for the golf industry, his passion for real estate, instilled from a young age by his grandfather's investments in multifamily properties in Boston, led him to take a chance and embark on his real estate journey in his early twenties.

Casey's experience in residential real estate is noteworthy. Starting as a leasing agent in Boston, he quickly expanded his scope to working with buyers, sellers, and investors. His success as an agent paved the way for him to venture into both short and long-term rentals, eventually establishing his property management company.
